It is doubt that can an English speaker communicate with us here.
Can they creat a new account?
Can they log in?
Can they send a new topic?
Can they qoute someone else's words?
Can they send a reply?
Can they edit there replies?
Everything here is in Chinese which we get used to.
Only if everything were translated in English, would any English speakers come here.

I assume that the English forum should not target on communicating with foreigners.
The forum may have some purposes else.
As a suggestion, we can use it for... campaign translation?
More exactly, we may post some un-translated campaigns here.
Then promise some awards for one to translate the campaigns.

So that more Hawkers will visit this forum, for the sake of 翔鹰币.

And of course, what I said is JUST an advice, whch can be ignored, haha.

I do agree with TGA－X 's opinion.A foreigner will fail to log in as they're lacking Chinese Input.I myself once went to a website which used German.I wanted to log in,so I typied my name and other information in Chinese.And, as you can imagine,I failed completely.Only if everything can be translated in English, will any foreigners come here.But I have to say that Hawk is not so famous enough around the world that others may take no interest in.
